Claudia Caiano is a Regulatory Affairs consultant at Open Gate Italia, specialising in the telecommunications and digital services sectors. She is responsible for developing regulatory strategies and liaising with the authorities, keeping abreast of the main areas of development in the telecoms sector – from wholesale to the internet, from 5G to the IoT and innovative digital services – as well as issues relating to the postal sector.
She graduated with honours in International Relations from the University of Bologna and holds a Level II Master’s degree in Institutional Relations and Market Regulation from LUMSA University in Rome.
