Matteo Ghisu is a consultant in the Regulation division at Open Gate Italia. He specialises in institutional monitoring and regulatory analysis, with a particular focus on the telecommunications and energy sectors.
He gained experience at the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID), working on monitoring and evaluation, and subsequently in the legal field, drafting and managing documentation for public and private entities.
He holds a first-class honours degree in Policy, Administration and Innovation from LUMSA University in Rome.
