Law graduate from the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli,” he developed early in his academic path a strong interest in Public Affairs and advocacy, with a particular focus on the IT, energy, and telecommunications sectors. He further strengthened his expertise by completing a Master’s in Cybersecurity and GDPR at Altalex, specializing in cybercrime regulation and data governance, followed by a Master’s in Public Affairs, Corporate Communication and Lobbying at 24ORE Business School.
He carried out his legal traineeship in Bologna, gaining experience in drafting legal acts as well as in regulatory and case law research and analysis.
Alongside his work in institutional relations, he has built solid expertise in political communication and event management. He is recognized for his strong capability in managing institutional stakeholders and has been actively involved in political and association activities.
